Hi, I’m Sascha
I know what it’s like to be constantly on-call for your business. I’ve had my fair share of the dreaded guest, tenant, even client phone calls at 9pm (and worse) on a Friday night. But I also know that with the right systems and structure, that kind of chaos doesn’t have to be permanent.
I built Norfolk Holiday Properties into one of the leading short-term rental companies in East Anglia. We built our systems, the team, and the brand from the ground up, with over 130 properties under management. In 2024 I sold the business in a 7-figure exit, 6 years after founding.
But what really drives me isn’t just property, it’s business itself.
I love the challenge, working through the struggle and ultimately finding better ways to run things: systems, automation, operations, team incentives and more. I’ve been in the trenches and at times felt like I was drowning, however from that, I built something that worked for me.
Now, I work 1:1 with other operators and business owners to help them do the same. Whether you’re growing your portfolio, preparing for exit, or just trying to tame the daily chaos, I’ll help you find clarity, make smarter decisions, and move faster.
Who I Work With
I work directly with a very limited number of entrepreneurs across a range of industries. My clients currently include property management agency’s, trade services, food product manufacturers and cosmetics. If you’re setting up, scaling, or preparing to exit and you want clarity, structure, and smarter systems, I help you get there.
I don’t work with everyone. I only take on a few clients at a time, and I’m as selective about who I work with as you should be about who advises you.

Ahead of our session you will be asked to completed a pre-session questionnaire to evaluate your current position. We’ll then work through this during our time together. Following our session you will receive a personalised summary with a road map of changes for you to implement.
If you’re just getting setup, that’s fine too, we’ll start at the very beginning.
